Food History & Mystery

Food history is a 10,000 review of world history (or is it a couple million?) based on the notion that food is the driver of civilization, culture, and history--not emperors and generals. Unfortunately, much of what we know focuses on elites, not the productive people producing the food, goods, and inventions that create the culture. The elites are downplayed as much as possible. 

There are two parts: the video series in progress on YouTube called Food History & Mystery and a companion book conveniently with the same title.
